This rooftop renovation project transformed an underused space into a stylish, functional outdoor retreat designed for both relaxation and entertainment. The client envisioned a modern rooftop that blends comfort, privacy, and visual appeal — perfect for hosting guests or enjoying quiet evenings above the city.

Design Concept

The design focused on creating multiple zones within the rooftop, including a cozy seating lounge, a dining area, and a built-in BBQ and kitchenette. Natural materials, ambient lighting, and modern outdoor furniture were selected to enhance comfort while withstanding UAE’s climate. Greenery and subtle architectural elements added warmth and dimension to the open-air environment.
